Handcrafted disclaimer:

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that there may be a variation in material, colour, finish, craftsmanship and slight dimension between each piece and between the items displayed on our website. Some of our products are handmade, antique and unique. We see this as a mark of the artisan, part of the story of the item and perfectly unique. Ocean to Stable do not see this as a fault of the item and will not exchange/return items based on this.

Supporting local: 

A major focus for Ocean to Stable is to support local artisans and makers, both home grown here in Australia and further afar. Often this means smaller batches and limited stock. If you see something you love, we recommend purchasing as soon as possible to avoid disappointment if we are unable to replenish the item. 

Stock levels:

In the rare case that Ocean to Stable or our supplier cannot fulfil your order due to stock levels/oversold/sold out - Ocean to Stable will refund any monies paid in full to the customer.  We will also endeavour to find an alternate product/s for you to choose from if you wish.

Pre-order lead times:

Where items are available to pre-order, lead times to receive your order will vary depending on the item ordered and our suppliers turnaround times. We will endeavour to have your item to you within the specified time frame however some delays may occur that are outside of our or our suppliers control. We will notify you via email to keep you updated on any further delays. Ocean to Stable will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

General:

Our products are suitable for domestic use only. All hand crafted kitchen ware and decor is recommended to be hand washed in warm water with a mild detergent and not be placed in the dishwasher. All outdoor based products are recommended to be used undercover outdoors and to be stored away when not in use and not left exposed to the elements. 

Shipping

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your new Ocean to Stable products. We work super quick to pack your order but as we are based in NSW please be mindful freight times can vary from State to State.

Orders are generally packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Email updates with your order’s delivery progress will be sent to the email address you supply during check. Tracking links to the postal carrier’s website will be included in these emails to check progress. For enquiries regarding your order, please check these emails and the associated postal carrier links first. Shipping Rates

Ocean to Stable currently only delivers to physical addresses in Australia. Postage costs are calculated at Checkout. We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate* of: 

Standard parcels (2-8 business days)

  • Under 5kg $10.00
  • Over 5kg $20.00

Express parcels (1-4 business days)

  • Under 5kg $15.00
  • Over 5kg $25.00

*Excludes bulky items and furniture. An additional freight quote may be emailed to you for these items or delivery to remote areas. If you do not approve the freight quote we will issue a full refund.
