Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges

Please consider your purchase carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, decide you don’t like the item or have no use for it, or if you’ve found the product cheaper somewhere else. 

If you decide to return goods for an exchange or credit note, items will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit where a receipt has been provided and the item is in perfect condition, undamaged and unpackaged and in the same condition it was received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an exchange or store credit. Store credits will only be valid for 3 months.

Shipping costs will not be credited for a return and the cost of returning an item will be at the expense of the purchaser. 

We recommend you use a registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Any items not received will not be eligible for a refund. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To return your exchange:

Please contact us first via hello@oceantostable.com before returning your item. 

Please attach a copy of your original purchase receipt to your email and provide a detailed reason for your return. Returns will not be provided without this supporting information. 

We will reply and provide you a return approval number and address details to post your item to. All shipping costs are required to be paid by you. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Kitchen linen and towels (hygiene reasons)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Inspection of items / Damaged items

All items must be thoroughly inspected on delivery and any damages reported to hello@oceantostable.com within 24 hours of receiving the item(s). Ocean to Stable will not be responsible for any damages unless we are notified within this time frame.

Please attach a copy of your original purchase receipt to your email and include clear supporting images and descriptions of the damage. Where available a replacement item will be delivered. Where an item is not available, a store credit will be provided, valid for 3 months. A replacement or credit will not be provided without this supporting information. 

We will reply to your email within 2 business days and provide a return approval number and address details to post your item to. Ocean to Stable will cover the shipping cost back to us and to resend a replacement item.
